Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ABAN. We value your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.


Pre-Order Policy:
All ABAN products are made available through pre-order. Because we produce inventory based on total customer orders, all pre-order sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order is placed.

Please make sure you carefully review product descriptions, sizing guides, and order details before finalizing your purchase.


Refunds (If Applicable):
Refunds will only be granted in the following situations:

  • If we are unable to fulfill your order (due to manufacturing issues or sold-out inventory).

  • If there was a clear error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item or size).

If you believe you qualify for a refund, please email us at abanapparel3272@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and detailed photos of the issue.


Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at abanapparel3272@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a replacement or a refund.

Please keep all packaging materials and the item itself — we may ask for photos or the return of the item for inspection.
